Our charter covers three distinct kinds of logistics work: transport coordination — NEMT arrangement and car/vanpool programs; cargo preparation — crating and packing freight for shipping; and cold & terminal support — produce precooling, LNG and pipeline terminal facilities, and transit stockyards.
We are equally clear about scope boundaries: NEMT coordination is arrangement of nonemergency medical transportation — not ambulance service and not social assistance; pool programs are structured arrangements, not on-demand ridesharing; terminal work is facility support, not commodity trading.
Whatever the lane, the output is the same: a documented movement that anyone on the route can verify.

We arrange nonemergency medical transportation — coordinating rides to appointments and care facilities as a logistics service. We don't provide ambulance service, clinical care, or social assistance services. Emergencies always go to 911.
Our car pool and vanpool arrangements are structured, recurring programs — fixed routes, manifests, and coordinators for employers and communities. They're not on-demand ridesharing arrangement services.
Yes — crating is built to the cargo: measured, blocked, braced, and sealed for the route it travels. We handle equipment, fragile goods, and irregular shapes with packing designed to carrier and destination requirements.
The manifest travels with the cargo — temperature readings are logged at pickup, checkpoints, and delivery, and the receiving signature confirms the chain arrived intact. That documentation is part of the service, not an add-on.
